What I have learned from Ratan Tata's Life

Everyone has some dreams, dreams to achieve something, dreams to fulfill their desires but a few people become successful to accomplish their dreams. Ratan Tata is a real-life example from whom I have learned that if you believe that you can do anything and if you work hard for your dreams, you can and you will achieve them. Because there is no such thing as "We will try", either you are going to do it or you will not. There are many difficulties Ratan Tata has faced in his life but he never gave up. He proved them wrong who was not with him when he needed them and now he is the inspiration of many people.

Take the stones people throw at you. And use them to build a monument.

From Ratan Tata's life, I have learned that nobody helps you and be with you when you are struggling. So you have to the stronger to deal with all the difficulties and to keep going.

Why you should follow Ratan Tata

Ratan Tata is popular not because he is the former Chairmen of Tata Sons and also not because he is a member of the Tata family. Many people know because of his good manner and the way he thinks for the nation and its people. Every aspect of his life shows humility and his love for the nation. He started his career as a great leader so he has all the leadership qualities that every individual should learn and implement in their career.

In an interview, Ratan Tata said, "We should take our pride back." and I think every Indian should think like him that we are losing our pride. There are a lot of things we can do for our country. He is one of the topmost Indian Industrialist but still, he continues to head the main two Tata trusts Sir Dorabji Tata Trust and Sir Ratan Tata Trust and their allied trusts, with a combined stake of 66% in Tata Sons, Tata group's holding company.

Power and wealth are not two of my main stakes.

After doing so many good and unforgettable works for the nation Ratan Tata is still actively investing in the new startups to grow the nation and to help its young talent.

Conclusion

One day you will be on the top and you will achieve everything that you want to achieve. All your dreams will come true and you will get the result of your hard work. That day, no one will ask anything from you, it will be your decision whether you are will pay back the love you have got from your motherland or not. Ratan Tata has done everything possible to grow the nation and now it's our turn to learn from him and do something great for the nation and its people.
