2 He inspired me to take tough decisions
Before the 2011 ICC World Cup, Indian Cricket team was going through a changing phase. All the Indian fans were very disappointed for the poor performance of the Indian team. The reason was all the old players were not in form. The old players of the Indian cricket team were considered as slow players during that time.
Dhoni knew that to win the ICC World Cup 2011 he needed a young team. So he shared his decision with the selection committee to replace some old players and give a chance to the young players.
At that time everyone hated him because they thought Dhoni was doing that for himself. But later Dhoni proved that the decision was right for that situation.
3 Your professional life is more important than your personal life
It was disclosed in his biopic that M. S. Dhoni had been in a relationship with a lady named Priyanka Jha throughout 2002. It had been associate degree intense, however transitory affair as she succumbed to injuries from a car accident constant year. Dhoni, who had been moving with the India A team at that point, learned concerning the incident abundant later and was emotionally desolated. It took him nearly a year to induce back on track for his professional career. But he never spoiled his professional career for his personal life.
Even when Dhoni became a father on 6 February 2015. At that time Dhoni was in Australia as the captain of the Indian team with 2015 Cricket World Cup only a week to kick off. But he decided not to travel back to India to meet his wife and the newborn baby. In an interview, he also said, "I am on national duty, other things can wait".
4 He inspired me to never give up
We all know that Mahendra Singh Dhoni was from a middle-class family. So, it was really easy for him to give up and work as an ordinary man. But he never gave up even after so many failures.
Even now whenever team India lose any match he accepts the failure and as a captain, he takes all the burdens. But the main thing is they never give up.
5 Your failures are actually an opportunity to learn more
If you have read the story of Mahendra Singh Dhoni then you probably know that he had faced failure many times in his life. But he never stopped. He learned from his failures and faced them with a smile.
Dhoni was a great influence from his school life. When he was not selected for the U-19 team everyone was disappointed. But he decided to give a party to everyone because he wanted to remember how far he had come. After that, he worked harder to get the place where he is now.
6 Work hard and keep learning
M.S. Dhoni is a great player, he had a reputation as an aggressive batsman from a very early age. But at the same time, he is so humble. Dhoni is always open to learning from anyone. Even the famous helicopter shot, which he learned from his friend.
After achieving so many things in life he is still working hard. He is still on national duty. Mahi inspired me to never stop learning and working hard because that is what makes a person better from the best.
7 He inspired me to take risks in life
Mahendra Singh Dhoni was from a middle-class family. His father was a pump operator. When Dhoni got a job in Indian Railways his family was happy but not Dhoni. He worked for Indian Railways for three years and after that, he decided to resign his job and focus on his dream.
We all are looking for a government job even if the pay is low. But Dhoni chooses to take the risk without any fear. This is how Mahendra Singh Dhoni inspired me to take risks and work hard for my dreams. Because there is nothing called impossible.
