Vikrant Massey & Harleen Sethi played the main lead. Vikrant played the character of Veer, a guy who lost his wife in a car accident some years ago & he blames himself for her death. Whereas Harleen Sethi acted the role of Sameera, a girl who is obsessed with her ex-boyfriend who has moved on.
Both the actors performed their characters excellently. The supporting cast included
Sheetal Thakur, Jitin Gulati, Simran Kaur Mundi, Poppy Jabbal, Nikhil Sabharwal, Meherzan Mazda, Pooja Bamrah, Anmol Parnami, Akashdeep Sabbir. They also acted their roles well.
Apart from the performances & songs, the dialogues are also heart-touching & beautiful.
Broken But Beautiful talks about broken relations & broken hearts. It’s a story about the lives of two broken souls who are stuck in their past but eventually they move on & fall in love with each other gradually.
There are 11 episodes in the web series. Unlike most of the alt balaji web series, it doesn’t have an abrupt ending, that is what makes this web series unique from others.

The story is well conceptualized & well presented. The dialogues are heart-touching. The songs are beautiful. Vikrant Massey & Harleen Sethi have performed their characters excellently. All these factors make this series a must-watch.
The songs are so soothing to the ears, that it felt like they should have played it more often in the series. Another factor that attracts us to watch this web-series is that there are 3 beautiful songs.
