She focuses on eating healthy, fresh food with regular exercise. She also emphasizes on yoga and suggests on serving your hunger pangs with a light meal every now and then. This light meal might include almonds or fruits like an apple or a banana.

Her eight-meal plan which includes a set of guidelines on things to have for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, and at what time, ensures that the person is satiated. This also allows healthy fats, including Ghee in the diet charts.
