Born on 17 September 1950, Narendra Modi is the first-ever Prime Minister to be born in an Independent India. Before this, he was the Chief Minister of Gujarat from 2001 to 2014. He is a dignified Member of Parliament for Varanasi. Also, Modi is a member of the Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) and the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS).
